Offset Path

Create a parallel copy at a specified distance. Positive = outset, negative = inset. Use for kerf compensation (laser ~0.1–0.3mm).

Fillet / Chamfer

Round or bevel corners on selected shapes. Required for CNC — internal corners need a fillet matching the tool radius.

Add Tabs / Bridges

Add holding tabs to keep cut parts attached to the sheet material during laser cutting. Tabs are small bridges that prevent parts from falling through.

Dogbone Corner Relief

Add circular relief cuts at internal corners for CNC router compatibility. Round bits can't cut sharp corners — dogbone extends a circle at each corner so mating parts fit flush.

Nest Parts

Auto-arrange selected parts on a material sheet to minimize waste. Shapes are packed using a bottom-left fill algorithm.

Export G-code

Configure CNC machine parameters. Cut paths generate G1 linear moves; engrave paths are skipped.
